Hisense HRQ215N6BVD Use & Care Guide

To change the water filter, locate it in the upper right corner of the refrigerator compartment. Turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it, and insert a new one by turning it clockwise until it locks in place.
Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the temperature settings are correct. Check if the door seals are clean and tightly closed. Also, verify that the vents inside the fridge are not blocked by food items.
To defrost, remove all items from the freezer and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt. Once defrosted, clean the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then plug it back in.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and replace the water filter every 6 months, and ensure the door seals are free from debris. Keep the refrigerator level to avoid door alignment issues.
Water pooling can be due to a clogged defrost drain. Clear the drain by flushing it with warm water or using a pipe cleaner to remove any blockages.
To reset the control panel, unplug the refrigerator from the power source, wait for about 5 minutes, and then plug it back in. This should reset the system.
Check if the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected. Ensure the freezer temperature is set correctly, and inspect for any ice blockages in the ice maker.
Use the control panel located inside the refrigerator. Press the temperature button for the refrigerator or freezer section to adjust to the desired settings.
Some noise is normal due to the compressor, fans, and defrost water dripping. However, if you hear loud or unusual sounds, inspect for any loose parts or contact customer support.
For the exterior, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. For the interior, remove all items and shelves, and wipe with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Rinse and dry thoroughly before replacing items.
