To reset the temperature settings, press the "Temp" button on the control panel until you reach the desired temperature. The display will show the new setting.
Check if the vents inside the refrigerator are blocked by food items, ensure the doors are sealing properly, and verify that the temperature settings are correct. If the issue persists, consider cleaning the condenser coils or contacting Hisense support.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Check and clear the drain hole located at the back of the fridge to ensure proper drainage.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to ensure efficient operation of the refrigerator.
Store raw meats and fish in the lower drawers to prevent cross-contamination. Use the adjustable shelves to create space as needed, and keep frequently used items at the front for easy access.
To change the water filter, locate the filter compartment inside the refrigerator, twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and insert the new filter by twisting it clockwise until it locks into place.
Unusual noises may be due to the refrigerator being uneven. Try adjusting the leveling legs to ensure the appliance is stable. Additionally, check that the refrigerator is not touching the wall or other objects.
To manually defrost, first remove all items from the freezer. Unplug the refrigerator and leave the freezer door open. Use towels to absorb water as the ice melts. Once defrosted, clean any remaining water and plug the refrigerator back in.
Check the door gaskets for any debris or damage. Clean them with mild soap and water. If the gaskets are damaged, consider replacing them to ensure a proper seal.
If the interior light is not working, first check if the bulb needs replacing. If the bulb is fine, inspect the light switch. If necessary, consult a technician for further assistance.
