To pair your Goji GTCBTTW19 headphones, turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone, power on the headphones by holding the power button until the LED flashes, and select 'GTCBTTW19' from the list of available devices on your phone.
Ensure that the headphones are charged. Connect them to a power source using the provided USB cable and charge for at least 2 hours. If they still won't turn on, try resetting the device.
To reset the Goji GTCBTTW19 headphones, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating a successful reset.
Check if the headphones are properly paired with your device. Ensure the volume is not muted on both the headphones and the device. Also, verify that no other devices are connected to the headphones.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the headphones. Avoid using any liquids or harsh chemicals. For the ear tips, remove and clean them with mild soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
The Goji GTCBTTW19 headphones offer up to 4 hours of playback time on a single charge, with an additional 12 hours provided by the charging case.
The LED indicator on the headphones will turn solid blue when fully charged. When using the charging case, the LED on the case will also indicate full charge status.
