Goji GTCBTNC18 Instruction Manual

To pair your Goji GTCBTNC18 headphones, turn on the headphones and enable Bluetooth on your device. Then, search for available devices and select "Goji GTCBTNC18" from the list.
Ensure that the headphones are charged. Connect them to a power source using the provided USB cable and let them charge for at least 2 hours. If they still don't turn on, try resetting the headphones.
To reset the headphones, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes. This will reset the device to its factory settings.
Poor sound quality may be due to low battery, interference from other devices, or a poor Bluetooth connection. Try charging the headphones, moving closer to the paired device, or resetting the connection.
To activate noise cancellation, locate the noise cancellation button on the side of the headphones and press it. The LED indicator should confirm the activation.
The Goji GTCBTNC18 headphones offer up to 12 hours of playback time on a full charge with noise cancellation turned off, and around 8 hours with noise cancellation on.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior of the headphones. Avoid using liquids or cleaning solvents. Ensure the ear cushions are kept dry and free from dirt.
It is not recommended to use the headphones while charging as this may affect the charging process and battery performance.
Ensure that the battery is fully charged and that there are no obstacles between the headphones and the device. Try unpairing and then repairing the device to resolve connectivity issues.
Store the headphones in a cool, dry place, preferably in a protective case to prevent damage. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
