To pair your Goji GDTWS22 headphones, first ensure they are charged. Turn on the headphones by removing them from the case. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for new devices. Select 'Goji GDTWS22' from the list to pair.
If your headphones are not charging, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Ensure the charging contacts on the headphones and case are clean. Try using a different charging cable or adapter.
To reset your Goji GDTWS22 headphones, turn them off and place them back in the charging case. Hold the touch-sensitive area on both earbuds for 10 seconds until the LED lights flash, indicating a reset.
Poor sound quality may be due to Bluetooth interference or low battery. Ensure no obstructions are between the headphones and the connected device. Charge your headphones fully and try reconnecting.
To activate the voice assistant feature, tap and hold the touch-sensitive area on either earbud for two seconds. This should trigger the voice assistant on your paired device.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Avoid using any liquids or harsh chemicals. A cotton swab can be used to clean the mesh area gently.
The Goji GDTWS22 headphones provide up to 4 hours of playback time on a single charge. To maximize battery life, keep the volume at moderate levels and store the headphones in the charging case when not in use.
The Goji GDTWS22 headphones are not waterproof. It is recommended to avoid using them in the rain or exposing them to moisture to prevent damage.
