To perform a self-clean cycle, remove all racks and accessories from the oven. Close the door and select the 'Self Clean' option on the control panel. Choose the desired cleaning time and press 'Start'. Ensure proper ventilation during the process.
First, check that the oven is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Verify that the temperature settings are correct. If the issue persists, it may require service to check the heating element or temperature sensor.
To reset the control panel, try turning off the oven by unplugging it or switching off the circuit breaker for 1 minute. After restoring power, the control panel should reset.
Check for obstructions or debris around the door and gasket. Ensure the hinges are not bent or damaged. If necessary, tighten any loose screws on the door assembly.
Regularly clean the oven interior and racks with mild detergent. Inspect and clean the door gasket to ensure a proper seal. Check the vent filters and replace them if clogged or damaged.
Press the 'Settings' or 'Clock' button on the control panel. Use the number pad to enter the current time and confirm by pressing 'Start' or 'Enter'. Ensure AM/PM is set correctly if applicable.
Use a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap solution to gently wipe the control panel. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sponges which could damage the surface.
Remove as much food residue as possible before starting the self-clean cycle. Ensure proper ventilation in the kitchen and consider using the shortest self-clean cycle necessary.
Check the power supply and ensure the oven is correctly plugged in. If the display remains unresponsive, a fuse may be blown or the control board may need servicing.
Utilize both racks to bake multiple dishes. Ensure there is space between dishes for air circulation and rotate them halfway through cooking for even results. Consider using the convection feature for optimal performance.
