To perform a self-clean cycle, remove all racks and accessories from the oven. Close the oven door completely and select the self-clean mode. Set the desired cleaning time, typically 3 to 5 hours, and press start. Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated during the cycle.
Ensure the range is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker and reset if necessary. Verify that the oven controls are set correctly and that the door is closed completely. If the issue persists, consider contacting a service technician.
To calibrate the oven temperature, press the "Bake" pad and set the oven to 350°F. Press and hold the "Bake" pad for several seconds until the display shows "00". Use the number pads to increase or decrease the temperature in 1-degree increments, then press the "Start" pad to save the changes.
For best results, use flat-bottomed cookware made of stainless steel, heavy-weight aluminum, or cast iron. Avoid using glass, ceramic, or stoneware cookware as they can scratch the surface.
First, ensure the oven is cool and power is turned off. Locate the light cover inside the oven and turn it counterclockwise to remove. Replace the bulb with a new 40-watt appliance bulb, reattach the cover, and restore power.
Allow the surface to cool completely. Use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for ceramic cooktops. Apply the cleaner and gently scrub with a soft cloth or sponge. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a soft towel.
Refer to the user manual for specific error codes and their meanings. Common solutions include resetting the range by turning off the circuit breaker for a few minutes or checking for loose connections. If error persists, contact a qualified technician.
The cooling fan is designed to run after the oven is turned off to help cool down the internal components. This is normal and the fan will turn off automatically once the oven reaches a safe temperature.
Aluminum foil can be used to cover dishes or wrap food, but should not be placed on the oven bottom as it can cause heat damage. Always ensure that foil does not touch heating elements or block airflow.
To activate Sabbath mode, press the "Bake" and "Broil" pads at the same time for a few seconds until "SF" appears. Press the "Clock" pad until "SAb" is displayed, then press "Start". To exit, repeat the process.
