To avoid imbalance, distribute clothes evenly around the agitator. Avoid overloading and mix large and small items for a balanced load.
Ensure the power cord is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and the water supply is turned on. Check the circuit breaker or fuse.
Remove the dispenser drawer and rinse under warm water. Use a soft brush to remove any residue. Dry thoroughly before reinserting.
Regularly clean the drum and gasket, check the hoses for leaks or wear, and run a cleaning cycle with vinegar or a washing machine cleaner.
Check for clogs in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or obstructed. Also, verify the pump is functioning.
Unplug the machine for one minute, then plug it back in. This can reset the electronic controls.
Ensure the machine is level and all feet are firmly on the ground. Redistribute the load to balance the drum.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry, and periodically clean the drum with a washing machine cleaner.
Use the delicate or gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent to protect delicate fabrics.
Check that the water supply valves are open and the inlet hoses are not kinked. Also, inspect the filters in the hose connections for blockages.
