To calibrate the FLIR TG275, ensure the camera is at room temperature, then use a known temperature source to adjust the camera settings. Follow the user manual for specific calibration steps and settings.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lens. If necessary, use a small amount of lens cleaning solution. Avoid using abrasive materials or excessive moisture.
Connect the FLIR TG275 to your computer using a USB cable. The device should appear as a removable drive, allowing you to copy images directly.
Ensure the lens is clean and the focus is properly adjusted. Verify that the camera is not too close or too far from the object. Adjust the focus by using the focus ring if applicable.
Visit the FLIR website to download the latest firmware. Connect the camera to your computer, transfer the firmware file, and follow the instructions provided in the user manual to complete the update.
To extend battery life, reduce the brightness of the display, turn off the device when not in use, and ensure that power-saving modes are enabled. Charge the battery fully before initial use.
