To connect your Bluetooth device, press the Bluetooth button on the remote control. The receiver will enter pairing mode, allowing you to select "Denon AVR-S500BT" on your Bluetooth device. Confirm the connection on your device to pair and connect.
Ensure the receiver is set to the correct input source. Check if the mute function is activated, and verify the speaker connections. Also, confirm that the volume is turned up and that speakers are properly configured in the receiver settings.
To perform a factory reset, turn off the receiver. Press and hold both the "Tuner Preset Ch +" and "Tuner Preset Ch -" buttons on the front panel, then turn the receiver back on. Release the buttons once "Initialized" appears on the display.
The Denon AVR-S500BT does not support network or USB firmware updates. For any updates, contact Denon support or visit their website for further assistance.
