To reset the Denon AVR-2313C to factory settings, turn off the receiver. Then, while holding down the "TUNER PRESET CH +" and "TUNER PRESET CH -" buttons, press the "ON/STANDBY" button. The display will show "INITIALIZE" and the receiver will reset.
First, ensure that all cables are connected properly and the input source is correctly selected. Check if the mute function is activated. Try resetting the microprocessor by holding "TUNER PRESET CH +" and "TUNER PRESET CH -" while pressing the "ON/STANDBY" button.
To update the firmware, connect the receiver to the internet via Ethernet. Go to the "Setup" menu, select "General," then "Firmware Update," and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update process.
The Denon AVR-2313C supports AirPlay and DLNA. Ensure your smartphone and receiver are on the same Wi-Fi network. Use a music app that supports AirPlay or DLNA to stream music directly to the receiver.
Ensure the receiver is well-ventilated with no obstructions around it. Check that the cooling fans are working and clean any dust from vents. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces, and use a cooling fan if necessary.
Press the "Setup" button on the remote, then go to "Network." Select "Network Connection," choose either "Wired" or "Wireless," and follow the prompts to complete the setup. For wireless, you may need to enter your Wi-Fi credentials.
The Denon AVR-2313C does not have built-in Bluetooth support. You can use a Bluetooth adapter connected to the receiver's audio input to stream audio from Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Connect the calibration microphone to the receiver, then press the "Setup" button. Navigate to "Speakers," then "Audyssey Setup." Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the speakers for optimal sound.
Use the "Zone2" pre-out connections to connect to an external amplifier or powered speakers. In the "Setup" menu, configure the Zone2 audio settings and assign the desired input sources. Control the zones via the remote or the Denon app.
Press the "Setup" button on the remote control and navigate to "Inputs." Select "Input Assign" and choose the appropriate HDMI input to assign it to the desired source, then confirm your selection.
