To reset the Denon AVR-2310CI to factory settings, press and hold the 'Power ON/STANDBY' button while simultaneously pressing 'STATUS' and 'DIMMER' buttons on the front panel until the display starts flashing.
First, check all cable connections and ensure the receiver is set to the correct input source. Make sure the speakers are properly connected and the volume is not muted. Also, verify that the speaker settings are configured correctly in the receiver's setup menu.
