To start a washing cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, select your desired program using the program selector, and press the start button. Ensure the door is closed properly to initiate the cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Also, inspect the filter for blockages and clean it if necessary. Ensure the drain pump is functioning correctly.
Remove the lower dish rack, locate the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher, twist and lift it out, then rinse it under running water to remove debris. Reinstall it by positioning it back and twisting it into place.
Error code E4 indicates a water leakage or overflow issue. Check the base of the dishwasher for any water accumulation and inspect hoses and connections for leaks.
It's recommended to clean the spray arms every few months. Remove them by unscrewing, and rinse under running water to clear any blockages. Ensure all nozzles are unobstructed before reinstalling.
Unusual noises can be caused by items not secured in the rack, obstruction of the spray arms, or debris in the filter. Ensure dishes are loaded correctly, and inspect and clean the spray arms and filter.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Inspect and clean the dishwasher's interior, and check the drain hose for blockages to ensure optimal performance.
Open the rinse aid dispenser, usually located on the door next to the detergent compartment. Turn the dial to adjust the setting based on your water hardness and drying performance needs.
While you can use it temporarily, dishwasher salt is essential for preventing limescale buildup, especially in hard water areas. Refill the salt to maintain the efficiency and longevity of your dishwasher.
Ensure there are no obstructions in the door or latch area. Check if the racks are loaded correctly and not protruding. If the issue persists, inspect the door latch mechanism for any damage.
