To reset the dishwasher, press and hold the Start button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash. This will reset any existing cycle and clear errors.
First, check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure that the filter and the area around the pump are clear of debris. If the issue persists, inspect and clean the drain pump.
Remove the lower dish rack and unscrew the cylindrical filter located at the bottom. Clean it under running water using a brush, then reinstall it securely.
Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of white vinegar on the top rack to remove grease and odors. Wipe the door seals with a damp cloth.
White residue is usually caused by hard water. Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled and consider using a water softener. Adjusting the detergent amount may also help.
Check that the dishwasher is plugged in and the door is closed tightly. Ensure the water supply is on, and inspect the circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult the manual for error codes.
Regularly clean the filter, check and clean the spray arms, and wipe the door seals. Run a cleaning cycle monthly to maintain performance.
Clean the filter and spray arms, and run a cycle with dishwasher cleaner. Ensure the drain is clear and consider leaving the door slightly open when not in use to prevent odors.
Ensure that the dishwasher is level and that dishes are not obstructing the spray arms. Check for loose items inside, and inspect the pump and motor for any debris.
Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is full, select a higher temperature wash cycle, and use the heated dry option if available. Ensure dishes are arranged to allow proper air circulation.
