To unlock the hob, press and hold the lock key for approximately 3 seconds until the lock indicator light turns off.
Ensure that the power supply is connected, the circuit breaker is not tripped, and the correct cooking zone is selected. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Use a soft cloth with warm soapy water or a specialized hob cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
Use cookware with clean, smooth bottoms and avoid dragging pots across the surface. Regularly clean the hob to prevent build-up that could cause scratches.
The hob may turn off automatically due to overheating or if the safety feature is activated. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid blocking the hob's ventilation areas.
To reset the hob, disconnect it from the power supply for at least 30 seconds, then reconnect. This will reset the electronic controls to factory settings.
Use cookware with a ferrous (magnetic) bottom. To test, a magnet should stick to the base of the pot or pan.
Activate the child lock function when the hob is not in use to prevent accidental activation.
Check for any moisture on the control panel and wipe it dry. If the issue persists, try resetting the hob or contact customer support.
Some noise is normal, such as a slight humming or clicking, due to the induction process. If you hear unusual sounds, check the cookware or contact support.
