To lock the controls, press and hold the lock key for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on. This will prevent any changes to the settings until the lock is deactivated.
Check if the appliance is properly connected to the power supply. Ensure that the circuit breaker or fuse is not tripped. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
Use a soft cloth and a suitable glass cleaner. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface. Gently wipe the surface and dry it with a clean cloth.
The buzzing noise may occur during normal operation, especially at high power settings. It is typically caused by the electromagnetic field. If the noise is excessive, ensure the cookware is suitable for induction hobs.
To adjust the power level, select the desired cooking zone and use the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons to increase or decrease the power level. The display will show the current setting.
Compatible cookware should have a magnetic base, such as stainless steel or cast iron. Avoid using glass, ceramic, or aluminum unless they have a magnetic base layer.
To reset the hob, disconnect it from the power source for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset the electronic controls to their default settings.

To use the timer, select the cooking zone, press the timer button, and set the desired cooking time using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons. The hob will automatically turn off the zone when the time elapses.
