To activate the booster function, select the cooking zone and press the booster button. The display will show a 'P', indicating that the booster is active.
Ensure that the hob is correctly connected to the power supply. Check if the child lock is activated and deactivate it if necessary.
Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner to wipe the surface. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive pads as they can scratch the glass.
It is normal for induction hobs to make a humming or buzzing noise, especially at high power settings. This is due to the induction coil working.
To reset the hob, simply turn it off and then back on after a power cut. The hob should resume normal operation.
Only use cookware that is compatible with induction hobs. This includes magnetic materials like cast iron and stainless steel.
Error code 'E2' indicates that the hob is overheating. Ensure there is adequate ventilation and that the cooling fan is not obstructed.
Press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until you see the lock symbol on the display. This will lock the controls.
Ensure that the pan is induction-compatible and that its base is flat and large enough to cover the cooking zone.
Select the desired cooking zone and use the plus or minus buttons to adjust the power level to your preference.
