To unlock the controls, press and hold the lock key for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off. This will deactivate the child lock feature.
Ensure the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker or fuse box to ensure there are no tripped breakers or blown fuses. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild detergent to clean the glass surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or pads that may scratch the glass. For stubborn stains, use a specialized hob scraper.
Error code "E2" typically indicates an issue with the temperature sensor. Turn off the hob and allow it to cool down. If the error persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service for assistance.
To activate the boost function, select the desired cooking zone and press the boost button. The boost function will increase the power output to the maximum level for a short period.
The buzzing noise is normal and is caused by the electromagnetic field during induction. It should not be a cause for concern unless it becomes excessively loud or the hob is not functioning properly.
Only use cookware that is suitable for induction hobs. This includes pots and pans made of ferrous materials such as stainless steel or cast iron. Non-induction cookware will not heat properly.
To set the timer, select the cooking zone and press the timer button. Use the '+' and '-' keys to adjust the desired time. The hob will automatically turn off the selected zone once the timer reaches zero.
Regularly clean the hob’s surface to prevent build-up of food residues. Inspect the power cord and connections periodically. Avoid using the hob as a cutting surface to prevent damage.
To improve energy efficiency, use cookware with a flat bottom that matches the cooking zone size. Cover pots and pans with lids to reduce heat loss and use the appropriate power level for cooking tasks.
