To clean the blade, unplug the unit and carefully remove the blade. Wash it with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the handle in water.
Ensure the knife is properly assembled and the power cord is securely plugged into an outlet. Check the outlet by testing another device.
Store the knife in a dry place, preferably in its storage tray or case, to protect the blade and prevent accidents.
Routinely check the blade for sharpness and damage. Clean after each use and store properly. Periodically inspect the power cord for wear.
The Cuisinart CEK-120 is not designed to cut through bone. Attempting to do so may damage the blade or motor.
If the blade is not cutting smoothly, it may be dull or damaged. Consider sharpening or replacing the blade for optimal performance.
Align the blades and insert them into the handle until they click into place. Ensure they are securely locked before use.
Turn off and unplug the unit immediately. Allow it to cool down before resuming use. Check for any obstructions or overloading issues.
Use the knife only for its intended purposes, clean it after each use, perform regular maintenance checks, and store it properly.
For safety, always ensure hands are dry when operating the knife to prevent slipping and electrical hazards.
