To assemble the JetKing 2000, attach the handle by sliding it into the designated slots and securing it with screws. Connect the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the water inlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
First, check if the power cord is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Verify that the power switch is turned on. If the washer still doesn't start, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset it if necessary.
To prevent overheating, avoid using the power washer for extended periods without breaks. Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor, and do not operate the washer in direct sunlight for long durations. Allow the unit to cool down if it feels excessively hot.
After use, disconnect all hoses and the power supply. Drain any remaining water from the pump and hoses. Store the power washer in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and frost. Coil the hoses and cables neatly to prevent damage.
Turn off the power washer and disconnect the nozzle. Use a small brush or a pin to clear any debris from the nozzle opening. Rinse the nozzle with clean water before reattaching it to the spray gun.
Weakened water pressure may be caused by a clogged nozzle, air in the hose, or a kinked hose. Check for and remove any obstructions in the nozzle. Ensure the hose is fully uncoiled and free of kinks. Bleed any air from the hose by running water through it before connecting to the washer.
Regular maintenance includes checking and cleaning the nozzle, inspecting hoses and connections for leaks, and ensuring the power cord is undamaged. Additionally, periodically inspect the detergent tank and clean it if necessary.
Fill the detergent tank with the appropriate cleaning solution. Attach the low-pressure detergent nozzle to the spray gun. The washer will automatically mix the detergent with water during use. Rinse with clean water after the detergent application.
While the JetKing 2000 is versatile, always test a small area first, especially on delicate surfaces. Avoid using high pressure on soft or painted surfaces to prevent damage. Consult the manual for surface-specific recommendations.
Inspect all hose connections and ensure they are secure. Check the O-rings and seals for wear or damage and replace them if needed. If the leak persists, consult a professional technician for further diagnosis.
