To turn on the heater, plug it into a 230V outlet, set the power switch to the "ON" position, and adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature.
Ensure that the heater is plugged in, the power switch is on, and the thermostat is set to a temperature above room temperature. Check for any tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
Turn off and unplug the heater. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the heater in water.
