To set the time, pull the crown out to the first position. Rotate the crown to set the desired time, then push the crown back to its original position.
If the watch stops, first check if the battery needs replacement. If the battery is fine, ensure that the watch is not exposed to strong magnetic fields. If issues persist, contact Citizen support.
Clean the watch using a soft cloth. For metal bands, use a toothbrush and mild soapy water. Avoid submerging leather straps in water.
The watch may be exposed to strong magnetic fields or require servicing. Try demagnetizing the watch and if the issue continues, consult a professional technician.
The Citizen G430 typically offers water resistance up to 100 meters, suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not for diving.
It is recommended to service your watch every 3-5 years for optimal performance and longevity.
While it is possible to replace the battery yourself, it is recommended to have it done by a professional to ensure proper sealing and avoid damage.
To adjust the bracelet, use a small tool to remove the pins from the links you wish to remove or add. It's advisable to have this done by a professional for a perfect fit.
Ensure that the watch is not set to AM/PM incorrectly. Adjust the time past midnight to see if the date changes. If not, consult a technician as it may require servicing.
To use the chronograph, press the top button to start/stop timing and the bottom button to reset. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before operating the chronograph.
