To set the time on your Citizen 195x watch, pull the crown out to the second click position and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise until the desired time is set. Push the crown back in to its normal position when finished.
If your Citizen 195x watch stops working, first ensure that it is sufficiently charged by exposing it to light. If it still doesn't function, check for any obstructions or damage. Consider consulting the manual or contacting Citizen support for further assistance.
To adjust the date, pull the crown to the first click position and rotate it to change the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 1 AM to prevent damage to the date mechanism.
Clean your Citizen 195x watch by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Use a gentle soap if necessary, and avoid harsh chemicals. Ensure the watch is water-resistant before exposing it to water.
The Citizen 195x watch typically has a water resistance of up to 100 meters. However, check your specific model's manual for exact specifications. Avoid hot water or steam to maintain water resistance.
If the second hand is skipping, it may indicate a low battery. Ensure the watch is fully charged by placing it in light. If the issue persists, contact Citizen support for a battery check or replacement.
To use the chronograph, press the top button to start and stop the timer, and the bottom button to reset it. Ensure the chronograph hand is zeroed before starting a new timing session.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning, checking the water resistance, and ensuring the watch is charged. It's recommended to have it serviced by an authorized Citizen service center every few years.
To replace the strap, use a spring bar tool to release the spring bars holding the strap in place. Attach the new strap by inserting the spring bars into the lugs and securing them. Ensure the new strap is compatible with your watch model.
If your watch is running fast or slow, it may need regulation. Avoid exposing it to magnetic fields and extreme temperatures. If the problem continues, consult an authorized Citizen service center for adjustment.
