To break in the engine, ride at varying speeds and avoid full throttle for the first 300 miles. Change the oil and filter after the break-in period to remove any particles from the engine.
Use a high-quality 4-stroke ATV oil with a viscosity of 10W-40. Ensure that the oil meets the MA JASO standard for wet clutch compatibility.
Replace the air filter every 50 hours of operation or more frequently if you ride in dusty conditions. Regularly inspect the filter and clean it as needed.
Check the EPS fuse and wiring connections. If the problem persists, consult the service manual or contact a certified technician for further diagnosis.
Regularly check the coolant level and top it off with a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled water. Inspect hoses for leaks or damage and clean the radiator fins from debris.
Maintain front tire pressure at 5 psi and rear tire pressure at 5.5 psi for optimal performance. Adjust based on load and terrain requirements.
Check the battery charge, clean the terminals, and ensure the fuel system is primed. If the issue continues, inspect the ignition system and consult a technician if necessary.
Inspect the drive belt every 1,000 miles for signs of wear or damage. Replace it if there are any cracks, fraying, or loss of tension to ensure proper performance.
Regularly wash off mud and debris, dry the ATV thoroughly, and apply a protective spray or wax to metal surfaces. Store in a dry place to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
Check tire pressure, oil and coolant levels, brakes, and lights. Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened and inspect for any signs of leaks or damage.
