To start a washing cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, select the desired program using the control dial, and press the start button. The machine will begin the cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and free from debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the latch. Wash it under running water to remove any residue. Dry thoroughly before reinserting it back into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and filter. Check and clean the drum and exterior. Perform a drum cleaning cycle periodically to prevent odor and residue build-up.
Ensure the machine is level and on a stable surface. Check that the load is balanced and not too heavy. Adjust the feet if necessary to stabilize the appliance.
To pause a cycle, press the start/pause button. The machine will stop, allowing you to add or remove items. Press the button again to resume the cycle.
Check if the machine has completely drained. If not, wait a few minutes for the safety lock to release. If the door remains locked, perform a manual drain and try again.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow it to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run an empty hot wash with vinegar or a commercial machine cleaner.
Distribute clothes evenly around the drum. Avoid overloading and ensure that larger items are balanced with smaller ones to maintain stability during the spin cycle.
Refer to the user manual for specific error code definitions. Follow the recommended troubleshooting steps. If the error persists, contact customer support for assistance.
