To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener. Close the door, select the desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power socket is working. Check if the door is properly closed and that you have selected a wash program. Also, verify that the water supply tap is open.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any residue. Use a brush to clean any stubborn areas. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the filter, and running a drum cleaning cycle with vinegar or a washing machine cleaner every few months.
Check the door seal for any damage or debris. Ensure the detergent drawer is not clogged and that the hose connections are secure. Also, verify that the machine is level on the ground.
Excessive vibration may be due to an unbalanced load. Ensure the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Check that the machine is level and that all transport bolts have been removed if the machine is new.
First, check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks. Inspect and clean the filter, usually located at the bottom front of the machine, to ensure it is not clogged.
Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes and their meanings. The manual will provide guidance on resolving specific issues related to each code.
Use cold water cycles whenever possible, select high-efficiency wash programs, and ensure the machine is fully loaded without overloading. Regular maintenance also helps in efficient operation.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Run a monthly cleaning cycle with a washing machine cleaner or vinegar. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal.
