To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add the appropriate amount of detergent, close the door, select the desired wash program using the program dial, and press the start button.
Ensure that the washing machine is properly plugged into a power outlet and that the outlet is functioning. Check if the door is closed securely and the start button has been pressed. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash the drawer under running water to remove any residue. Clean the compartment with a damp cloth before reinserting the drawer.
To clean the filter, open the filter access panel, unscrew the filter cap, and remove any debris. Rinse the filter under running water and replace it securely. Regular cleaning, once a month, is recommended to prevent blockages.
Ensure that the washing machine is level on the floor. Adjust the feet if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine and evenly distribute the laundry inside the drum.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and not obstructed. If the problem continues, there might be an issue with the pump, and a technician should be contacted.
Run an empty hot wash cycle with a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner. Wipe the door seal and drum with a cloth soaked in a vinegar solution to remove residue and odors.
After each wash, leave the door slightly open to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer. Use the correct amount of detergent to avoid residue that can lead to mold.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided. If the issue can't be resolved, contact customer support for assistance.
Select the desired wash program and press the delay start button to set the preferred delay time. The machine will automatically start the wash cycle after the set delay period.
