To reset your Candy washing machine, turn the dial to the off position, wait for a few seconds, and then select the desired program. Press the start button to initiate the reset.
Check the drain hose for blockages, ensure it is not kinked, and clean the pump filter. If the problem persists, inspect the drain pump for faults.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release tab. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue or buildup.
Ensure the machine is level and stable. Check that the load is balanced, and the transit bolts have been removed. Distribute the laundry evenly inside the drum.
