To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door securely, select the desired program using the control dial, and press the start/pause button to initiate the wash cycle.
If the machine is not draining, check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Ensure the pump filter, located at the bottom front of the machine, is clean and free from debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it from the machine by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any residue and use a brush for stubborn deposits. Dry it thoroughly before placing it back into the machine.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure the laundry is evenly distributed inside the drum. Check if the machine is level and adjust the feet if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, inspecting and cleaning the door seal, checking and cleaning the pump filter, and running a hot wash cycle with no laundry and a descaler to remove limescale.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and switched on. Check if the door is closed properly. Verify that the water supply is turned on. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker and refer to the user manual for further guidance.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer. Run a maintenance wash with hot water and a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Check if the water pressure is sufficient and consistent. Ensure the machine is not overloaded. Some cycles have variable times depending on load size and imbalance detection. Refer to the user manual for normal cycle durations.
To use the delay start feature, load your laundry and select the desired program. Press the delay start button to set the delay time, then press the start/pause button. The machine will begin the cycle after the set delay.
Residue can be caused by using too much detergent or washing at a low temperature. Ensure the detergent is measured correctly and consider using a different type of detergent. Run an extra rinse cycle if necessary.
