To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, close the door, select the desired program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in, the door is securely closed, and the water supply is turned on. Check if the selected program is correct and press the start button again.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out, rinse it under warm water to remove any residue, and then dry it before reinserting it into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and filter. Run a maintenance wash with a machine cleaner every month to keep the appliance in optimal condition.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked, clean the pump filter, and ensure the drain pipe is not clogged. Restart the machine to see if the issue is resolved.
Ensure the machine is level on the floor, redistribute the laundry evenly, and check if any transport bolts are still in place if the machine is new.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry, clean the door seal regularly, and run an empty hot wash with vinegar or a machine cleaner every month.
Check if the load is balanced, ensure the drain filter is clean, and verify the selected program includes a spin cycle. Adjust settings as needed and restart the machine.
Sort laundry by color and fabric type, avoid overloading, and place items loosely in the drum to allow them to move freely during the wash cycle.
Refer to the user manual for a detailed list of error codes. Common codes include E01 for door lock issues, E03 for drainage problems, and E07 for water supply issues.
