To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry and add detergent. Close the door and select the desired wash program using the program selector knob. Press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
If the machine is not draining, check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for assistance.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out completely. Wash it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a soft brush if necessary. Reinsert the drawer once it's clean and dry.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and door seal. Check and clean the filter monthly. Ensure the water inlet hoses are secure and inspect them for any signs of wear or leaks.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Make sure the laundry is evenly distributed. Also, check that the machine is level and all transit bolts have been removed if recently installed.
To prevent mold, leave the door open after each wash to allow the interior to dry. Regularly clean the door seal with a mixture of water and vinegar. Run a monthly maintenance wash using a washing machine cleaner.
If the door won't open, ensure the cycle has completely finished and the water has drained. Wait a few minutes for the door lock mechanism to release. If it remains locked, unplug the machine for a few minutes and try again.
Select the desired wash program using the program selector knob. Use the temperature control button to adjust the water temperature according to the fabric care label recommendations.
Error codes indicate specific issues with the machine. Refer to the user manual to identify the code and follow the recommended troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
To reduce energy consumption, use cold water wash cycles, wash full loads, and select energy-saving programs. Regular maintenance such as cleaning filters and ensuring hoses are not blocked can also improve efficiency.
