To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry and add detergent. Close the door securely, select the desired program using the program selector knob, adjust any additional settings as needed, then press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Ensure that the machine is properly plugged in and that the door is closed securely. Check the water supply and make sure the 'Start/Pause' button has been pressed. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any residue or buildup. Use a brush for stubborn deposits. Dry thoroughly before reinserting it back into the machine.
Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open after each wash to allow air circulation and prevent mold growth. Regularly clean the door seal and run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner.
Ensure the washing machine is level and on a stable surface. Check that the load is balanced and not overloaded. Adjust the feet of the machine if necessary to stabilize it.
Run an empty cycle on the hottest setting with a drum cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to remove any residue and keep the drum fresh.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Inspect and clean the pump filter if necessary. Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly and not inserted too far into the drain pipe.
Ensure the machine is on a flat, stable surface and that all four feet are evenly adjusted. Avoid overloading the machine and ensure the load is balanced. Consider using anti-vibration pads if necessary.
It is recommended to clean the pump filter every few months, or more frequently if you notice any issues with drainage or strange noises during operation.
Error code E03 generally indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain hose and the pump filter for blockages, and ensure the drain pump is operational.
