To adjust the temperature, locate the thermostat dial inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn it clockwise to decrease the temperature and counterclockwise to increase it.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Ensure the door is closing properly and the seals are intact. Adjust the thermostat and avoid overloading the fridge.
Defrost your refrigerator whenever the frost build-up reaches about 1/4 inch thickness to maintain efficiency.
This can occur due to a blocked defrost drain. Clean the drain hole at the back of the fridge using a pipe cleaner or a similar tool.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the bulb cover inside the fridge, remove it, and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage.
Use a solution of mild soap and warm water. Wipe down all surfaces with a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Store food in airtight containers, clean spills immediately, and use a box of baking soda to absorb odors. Regular cleaning helps prevent odor build-up.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching the wall or other surfaces. Check for any loose parts or containers inside that may be vibrating.
Keep the refrigerator in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat sources. Ensure the door seals are tight, and don't leave the door open for extended periods.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and clean the door seals, and defrost the freezer as needed. Also, inspect the drip pan and clean it if necessary.
