Candy CST 362L-S User Manual

To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum and close the door securely. Turn the program selector knob to choose the desired wash cycle. Adjust the temperature and spin speed if necessary. Finally, press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
If the washing machine does not start, ensure that it is plugged in and the power socket is working. Check if the door is properly closed. Ensure that the water supply is turned on. If the problem persists, try resetting the machine by turning it off and on again.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash the drawer under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a small brush to clean hard-to-reach areas. Once clean, reinsert the drawer into the machine.
Unusual noises may be caused by an unbalanced load. Pause the cycle and redistribute the laundry evenly in the drum. Ensure that the machine is leveled on the floor. Check for any foreign objects like coins or buttons in the drum or pump filter.
To perform a drum clean cycle, ensure the drum is empty. Add a drum cleaner or a cup of white vinegar into the detergent drawer. Select the hottest wash cycle and let it run completely. This helps remove any buildup inside the drum.
Error code E03 indicates a drainage issue. Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Inspect the pump filter for any obstructions. Clean the filter if necessary and ensure the hose is properly connected.
To adjust the spin speed, select the desired wash program using the program selector knob. Then, use the spin speed button to increase or decrease the speed as required. The chosen speed will be displayed on the control panel.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the pump filter, inspecting the door seal for mold, and running a drum clean cycle monthly. Also, ensure the machine is leveled to prevent excessive vibrations.
If the machine is not filling with water, ensure the water supply is turned on and the hose is not kinked. Check the water inlet filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Make sure the door is closed properly and the selected program requires water intake.
To reduce wrinkles, avoid overloading the drum. Choose a cycle with a lower spin speed. Remove clothes promptly at the end of the cycle and shake them out before hanging or folding. Use the steam function if available on your model.
