To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, close the door, select the desired wash program using the program dial, adjust additional settings if needed, and press the start/pause button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power supply is on. Check if the door is properly closed. Verify that the selected program has been correctly set and that the start/pause button has been pressed.
Check if the water tap is open and the hose is not kinked. Verify that the water inlet filter is not clogged. Ensure the water pressure is adequate.
Check for blockages in the drain hose and ensure it is not kinked. Clean the filter located at the bottom front of the machine. Verify that the drain pump is functioning properly.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out gently and pressing the release button. Wash it under running water to remove detergent residue and reinsert it securely.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum. Check and clean the inlet filters and drain pump filter. Run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner every few months.
Ensure the washing machine is level and stable on the floor. Check if the transit bolts have been removed. Avoid overloading the machine and distribute laundry evenly.
Wait a few minutes as the door may be locked for safety reasons. If it still doesn't open, ensure the machine is off and unplugged, then check for water remaining in the drum and drain it if necessary.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow air circulation. Clean the drum and gasket regularly. Use appropriate amounts of detergent and avoid leaving wet clothes inside for too long.
Load the drum loosely without overpacking, ensuring clothes have room to move. Place heavier items at the bottom and lighter ones on top to balance the load and improve washing efficiency.
