To clean the lint filter, open the dryer door and locate the filter in the door opening. Pull the filter out, remove the lint by hand or with a soft brush, then replace it securely before starting another drying cycle.
If your dryer is taking longer, check if the lint filter is clogged or if the exhaust vent is blocked. Also, ensure that the load size is appropriate and evenly distributed in the drum.
Ensure the dryer is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check if the door is closed properly and that the start button is being pressed firmly. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To reduce wrinkles, promptly remove clothes after the drying cycle ends. Use the "Anti-Crease" function if available, and avoid overloading the dryer.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the lint filter after each use, checking and cleaning the exhaust vent periodically, and inspecting the drum for any foreign objects.
The moisture sensor should automatically adjust drying time based on the moisture level. If clothes are consistently over-dried or damp, the sensor may need cleaning with a soft cloth.
It is not recommended to dry shoes in the dryer as they can cause damage to the drum and reduce efficiency. Use a drying rack or air drying instead.
Use the "Delicate" or "Gentle" drying program to ensure proper care for delicate fabrics. Always check garment care labels before selecting the drying cycle.
Unusual noises may indicate loose items in the drum, objects caught in the filter, or worn drum support rollers. Check and remove any foreign objects. If noise persists, consult a technician.
Ensure proper ventilation by regularly cleaning the lint filter and exhaust vent. Avoid overloading the dryer and allow ample time between cycles to prevent overheating.
