To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door, select the desired wash program using the program dial, and press the start button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and the start button has been pressed. Check the fuse or circuit breaker if there is no power.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing down on the release latch. Rinse under warm water and use a brush to remove any residual detergent.
Error code E03 indicates a drainage issue. Check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked and that the pump filter is clean.
Run a monthly maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar on an empty hot cycle. Leave the door ajar after washes to allow the drum to dry.
Ensure the washing machine is level using a spirit level and adjust the feet if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine and make sure the laundry is evenly distributed.
Check the pump filter for blockages and ensure the drain hose is not obstructed. Also, verify that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
To reset, turn off the machine and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and switch it on. This can help clear minor electronic glitches.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergent to ensure optimal performance and to prevent excessive suds which can damage the machine.
Clean the lint filter every month or more frequently if you notice reduced washing performance or drainage issues.
