To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door, select the desired program using the control dial, and press the start button.
Ensure the washing machine is plugged in and the power is on. Check if the door is closed properly and the selected program is suitable. If the problem persists, refer to the manual for further troubleshooting.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue, then dry it thoroughly before placing it back into the machine.
Check if the machine is level and adjust the feet if necessary. Make sure the load is balanced and not too heavy. Avoid washing single large items alone.
Check the drainage hose for blockages or kinks. Ensure the filter is clean and the pump is not obstructed. If the issue persists, consult the manual or contact customer support.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner every few months. Ensure the machine is level and not overloaded during usage.
Refer to the fabric care labels on your clothes and the program guide in the user manual. Select the program that matches the fabric type and soil level of your laundry.
Ensure the load is balanced and not too small or large. Check if the spin program is selected and that the machine is not overloaded. If issues persist, inspect the filter and drainage system.
Run a hot water cycle with a washing machine cleaner or vinegar to eliminate odors. Leave the door open after washes to allow air circulation and reduce moisture buildup.
To reset the washing machine, unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Re-select the desired program and press the start button.
