To properly load laundry, distribute clothes evenly around the drum, avoiding overloading. Make sure no clothing is caught in the door seal before starting the cycle.
Check if the machine is plugged in and the power outlet is operational. Ensure the door is closed properly and the start button is pressed. Also, verify that the water supply tap is open.
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Locate the filter at the bottom front of the washer, open the cover, and carefully remove the filter. Clean it under running water and reinstall it securely.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Run a maintenance wash cycle with a descaler to prevent buildup. Check hoses for leaks and replace if necessary.
Ensure the washing machine is level on the floor and not overloaded. Check for any foreign objects like coins or buttons in the drum. Adjust the feet if necessary to stabilize the unit.
Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Check and clean the filter, and ensure the drain pump is functional. If issues persist, contact customer service.
Refer to the user manual for cycle recommendations based on fabric type. Use gentle cycles for delicate fabrics and higher temperatures for heavily soiled items.
Check all hose connections and tighten them if necessary. Inspect the door seal for damage and replace it if needed. Make sure the detergent drawer is not blocked.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run an empty hot wash with vinegar or a commercial cleaner to remove odors.
Ensure the detergent drawer is clean and not clogged. Use the correct type and amount of detergent. Check that the water pressure is adequate for detergent dispensing.
