To properly load dishes, place larger items like pots and pans on the bottom rack and smaller items like cups and glasses on the top rack. Ensure that no items block the spray arms and that all items are dishwasher-safe.
First, check for any clogs in the filter or drain hose. Ensure the drain hose is installed correctly without any kinks. If the problem persists, the pump may need to be inspected by a technician.
To clean the filter, remove the bottom rack and twist the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Rinse it under running water to remove debris. Reassemble by placing it back and twisting it clockwise until secure.
Unusual noises may be caused by items touching the spray arms or by loose items in the racks. Ensure everything is properly loaded and check for any foreign objects in the dishwasher.
Ensure that the spray arms are not blocked and that the detergent dispenser is functioning. Use the recommended amount of detergent and check the water temperature, which should be at least 120°F (49°C).
Regular maintenance such as cleaning the filter and wiping down the door seal should be done monthly. Annually, check hoses for wear and tear and inspect the spray arms for clogs.
It is recommended to use detergents specifically designed for dishwashers. Avoid using regular dish soap as it can create excessive suds and cause overflow.
Check that the door is fully closed and latched. Verify the dishwasher is plugged in and that the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the water supply is turned on.
Inspect the door gasket for damage and ensure it is clean. Check the hose connections and ensure they are tight. Confirm that the dishwasher is level to avoid overflow.
Error code E4 indicates a water leakage issue. Turn off the dishwasher and check for any visible leaks. Consult the manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
