To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, close the door, select the desired wash program using the program selector knob, adjust settings if needed, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, ensure the pump filter is clean. If the problem persists, refer to the user manual or contact customer support.
It is recommended to clean the detergent drawer once a month to prevent detergent buildup and ensure proper detergent dispensing.
Run an empty wash cycle with a drum cleaning detergent or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda at a high temperature to clean the drum.
To reset the washing machine, turn off the power by unplugging the appliance or switching off the circuit breaker, wait a few minutes, then restore power and restart the machine.
Ensure the washing machine is level and the load is balanced. Avoid overloading and redistribute the clothes evenly.
Locate the pump filter access panel, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Open it, unscrew the filter cap, and clean out any debris. Replace the cap securely before closing the panel.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergent for optimal performance and to prevent excessive suds, which can damage the machine.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each wash to allow the interior to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run a monthly maintenance cycle with a washing machine cleaner.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check the fuse, and try a different power outlet. If it still doesn't turn on, contact customer support.
