To turn on the Bushnell 202421 Rangefinder, press the power button located on the top of the device. The display will activate, and the device will be ready for use.
Ensure the device is powered on and the lens is clean. If the issue persists, check the battery and replace it if necessary.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. Avoid using liquid cleaners, as they may damage the coating on the lenses.
The Bushnell 202421 Rangefinder is water-resistant, allowing for use in light rain. However, it is not fully waterproof, so avoid submerging it in water.
Press and hold the mode button until the unit of measurement changes. Release the button when the desired unit is displayed on the screen.
The rangefinder uses a CR2 lithium battery. Ensure the battery compartment is properly closed after replacing the battery to maintain water resistance.
To prevent fogging, keep the rangefinder in a dry environment when not in use. Consider using anti-fog wipes or solutions on the lenses if fogging is persistent.
Press and hold the power button while moving the rangefinder across the area you wish to scan. The device will continuously update the distance readings as you scan.
Adjust the eyepiece focus by rotating it until the display appears sharp and clear. Ensure that the target is within the effective range of the device.
The rangefinder does not require regular calibration. However, if you notice any discrepancies in readings, contact Bushnell customer support for assistance.
