To adjust the focus, first close your right eye and focus on a distant object using the center focus wheel. Then, close your left eye and adjust the right eyepiece until the object is sharp.
If your binoculars are out of alignment, it is recommended to contact Bushnell customer service for professional realignment as attempting to fix it yourself may void the warranty.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. For stubborn dirt, use a lens cleaning solution and lightly moisten the cloth before cleaning.
Store your binoculars in a dry place, avoid dropping them, clean the lenses regularly, and ensure the lens caps are on when not in use.
If you wear glasses, keep the eyecups twisted down. If you do not wear glasses, twist the eyecups up for optimal viewing comfort and field of view.
Ensure that the diopter setting is correctly adjusted for your eyesight. If the issue persists, check for any damage or dirt on the lenses that might affect image clarity.
If your binoculars get wet, gently dry them with a soft cloth and ensure they are completely dry before storage. Avoid using heat sources to dry them.
To prevent fogging, avoid rapid temperature changes and consider using binoculars with a nitrogen-purged, waterproof construction if frequent fogging is an issue.
Store them in a protective case in a cool, dry place. Ensure the lenses are covered, and the focus is set to infinity to protect the internal mechanisms.
Double vision may indicate a misalignment. It is best to contact Bushnell for repair, as attempting to adjust the prisms yourself can cause further damage.
