To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, select your desired program using the control knob, and press the Start/Pause button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the door is firmly closed. Check that the Start/Pause button has been pressed and that the child lock is not activated. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Reinsert the drawer carefully once it is clean and dry.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and drum. Also, check and clean the filter every few months to prevent blockages. Run a drum cleaning cycle monthly to maintain hygiene.
An E18 error indicates a drainage issue. Check that the drainage hose is not kinked or blocked. Also, ensure the pump filter is clean. If the error persists, you may need to contact customer service.
Ensure the washing machine is level and all four feet are firmly on the ground. Avoid overloading the machine and distribute laundry evenly within the drum.
Check if the machine has completed the wash cycle and ensure there's no water left in the drum. If the door remains locked, unplug the machine for a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact support.
Load your laundry and add detergent, select your desired program, and then press the Delay Start button to set the time you want the cycle to begin, using the + and - buttons to adjust the delay duration.
It is recommended to use high-efficiency (HE) detergents for optimal performance and to prevent excess suds. Always follow the detergent manufacturer's recommendations and adjust the amount based on load size and soil level.
Use the EcoPerfect setting for energy-efficient washes, and wash full loads whenever possible. Additionally, lower the wash temperature and take advantage of off-peak electricity hours if applicable.
