To unlock the child lock, press and hold the lock button for about 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off. This will disable the child lock feature.
Ensure that the hob is connected to a power source and that the power level is set correctly. Check if the cookware is suitable and compatible with induction cooking.
Use a soft cloth and mild detergent to gently clean the surface of the hob. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can scratch the glass.
Error code E2 indicates that the hob has overheated. Allow it to cool down and ensure that there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
Use cookware with a flat base made of ferrous materials such as cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. Avoid using glass, copper, or aluminum cookware unless it has a magnetic base.
Avoid sliding pots and pans across the hob surface. Lift them instead. Use cookware with smooth, clean bottoms to prevent scratching.
The Power Boost function temporarily increases the power output for faster heating. Activate it by selecting a cooking zone and pressing the Boost button.
To reset the hob, switch off the power at the mains for a few minutes and then switch it back on. This can help in resolving minor software glitches.
Ensure that the surface is clean and dry. If the problem persists, try resetting the hob by turning off the power supply for a few minutes.
Match the size of the cookware to the cooking zone, use lids on pots to retain heat, and use the appropriate power level settings for the food being cooked.
