To assemble the ice shaver, first ensure all components are clean and dry. Attach the ice hopper to the base, ensuring it locks securely. Place the shaving blade inside and secure it with the blade cover. Finally, attach the ice container beneath the blade.
Check if the appliance is plugged in securely. Inspect the power outlet for functionality by testing with another device. If the problem persists, examine the power cord for damage and ensure all parts are correctly assembled.
Unplug the unit and disassemble the parts. Wash the hopper, blade, and ice container with warm soapy water. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Ensure all components are thoroughly dried before reassembling.
Use standard ice cubes or small chunks of ice. Avoid using large blocks or crushed ice as they may jam the machine or affect performance.
The ice texture can be adjusted by changing the pressure applied to the lid while shaving. For finer ice, apply gentle pressure. For coarser ice, apply more pressure.
Regularly clean the machine after each use. Check the blade for sharpness and replace if necessary. Ensure all moving parts are free of ice residue and lubricate if required, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
Unplug and disassemble the unit. Remove the blade cover and carefully take out the old blade. Insert the new blade, ensuring it is aligned correctly, and secure it with the blade cover. Reassemble the unit before use.
The ice shaver is designed for intermittent use. For optimal performance and to prevent overheating, allow it to rest for a few minutes after every 10-15 minutes of continuous use.
Uneven ice can be caused by incorrect assembly or a dull blade. Ensure the blade is sharp and properly installed. Also, check that the ice hopper is aligned correctly with the base.
Unplug the unit and check for any jammed ice or foreign objects. Inspect the blade for damage and ensure it is securely attached. If the noise persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
