To assemble the ice shaver, attach the ice hopper to the base, secure it with the locking lever, place the ice tray in position, and ensure the blade housing is properly aligned and secured.
Use regular ice cubes or block ice that fits the hopper. Avoid using flavored or colored ice as it might stain the unit.
Unplug the unit, remove the ice hopper and blade housing, and wash them with warm soapy water. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
Check that the unit is plugged in securely, the outlet is functioning, and the safety switch is engaged. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Adjust the blade height using the blade adjustment knob located on the side of the unit. Rotate clockwise for finer ice, counterclockwise for coarser ice.
It's recommended to use the ice shaver for short periods to prevent overheating. Allow the motor to cool down after every 5-10 minutes of use.
Regularly clean and dry all removable parts, check and replace the blade if it gets dull, and inspect the power cord for any damage.
Ensure all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the unit, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of it.
The removable parts, such as the ice hopper and tray, are dishwasher safe on the top rack. The base should not be submerged in water and must be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Purchase a replacement blade from an authorized dealer. Follow the manual instructions to safely remove the old blade and install the new one. Ensure the unit is unplugged during this process.
