To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset. Confirm the reset to restore your tablet to its original settings. Ensure you back up your data first.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background apps, and turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use. Additionally, use power-saving mode available in the settings.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different power outlet. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or adapter. If it still doesn't charge, contact customer support.
