The VSA light indicates a problem with the vehicle stability assist system. It may come on if there is a malfunction in the system. Check the VSA button to ensure it is not turned off. If the light remains on, it's recommended to have the system checked by a professional technician.
To adjust the dashboard light brightness, locate the brightness control knob on the dashboard near the speedometer. Turn the knob clockwise to increase brightness and counterclockwise to decrease it.
If the check engine light is on, first ensure that the gas cap is tightly secured, as a loose cap can trigger the light. If the light remains on, or if it is flashing, have the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic to diagnose potential issues.
To check the TPMS, turn the ignition to ON (II) without starting the engine, and observe the TPMS indicator on the dashboard. If the indicator remains lit, it means one or more tires may need air. Verify the tire pressure using a gauge and adjust as necessary.
To replace a dashboard light bulb, first disconnect the vehicle's battery. Remove the dashboard panel by unscrewing the screws and carefully pulling it out. Locate the faulty bulb, twist it counterclockwise to remove, and replace it with a new bulb. Reassemble the panel and reconnect the battery.
A clicking noise from the dashboard may be caused by a malfunctioning relay or an issue with the climate control system. It is advisable to have a professional examine the vehicle to identify the source of the noise and perform necessary repairs.
To clean the dashboard, use a microfiber cloth and a mild cleaner specifically designed for car interiors. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water. Gently wipe the surface, focusing on areas with dust or fingerprints.
The ECON button optimizes the vehicle's settings for improved fuel efficiency. When activated, it adjusts the engine and transmission performance, as well as the air conditioning, to reduce fuel consumption.
To set the clock, press the CLOCK button until the time starts flashing. Use the H button to set the hour and the M button to set the minutes. Press the CLOCK button again to save the time setting.
