To activate the Multi-View Rear Camera, shift the gear into reverse. The camera display will automatically appear on the infotainment screen, providing you with a clear view of the area behind your vehicle.
The Multi-View Rear Camera offers three views: normal view for a straight back look, wide view for a broader perspective, and top-down view for a close-up of the area directly behind the vehicle.
To switch between views, use the ‘camera’ button located on the dashboard near the infotainment screen. Each press will cycle through the available camera views.
The dynamic guidelines move in response to the steering wheel and help you estimate your trajectory while reversing. They assist in predicting the vehicle's path based on the current steering angle.
Blurriness in the camera display might be due to dirt or moisture on the lens. Clean the camera lens with a soft cloth and ensure it is free from obstructions.
Ensure the rear lights are functioning properly to provide ample illumination. Additionally, keep the camera lens clean to maximize visibility during night conditions.
If the display does not activate, check the related fuse and wiring for any faults. If the issue persists, consider consulting an Acura service center for a thorough inspection.
The dynamic guidelines are not manually adjustable as they are designed to automatically adjust in response to the steering angle, aiding in precise maneuvering.
While the camera provides valuable assistance, it is important to also use your mirrors and check your surroundings to ensure safety when reversing.
Regularly clean the camera lens and check for software updates for the infotainment system. Additionally, inspect the camera housing for any signs of damage or wear.
